Grow
What does it actually mean to grow in faith? Not just show up, not just believe, but truly grow? This message takes us straight to Ephesians 4:11-16, where Paul lays out a vision of the church as a body where every single part does its share. The passage calls us to move beyond spiritual childhood, where we are tossed around by every new idea or doctrine, and into genuine maturity in Christ. The central challenge is this: many of us have been in church for years, even decades, and have never moved from being recipients of grace to being carriers of it for someone else. We explore what it looks like to be equipped through the word, to take personal ownership of our spiritual development, and to contribute meaningfully to the body of Christ. The image of the yoke from Matthew 11 runs through everything, reminding us that growth is not about carrying our burdens alone but about exchanging what is breaking us for what will build us. This is not a passive process. It is intentional, daily, and deeply personal. If we have been sitting in the stands watching the game, this message is a direct invitation to get on the field.
