The King has Arrived

This powerful message challenges us to reconsider what we've been taught about Christianity and invites us into something far greater than religion - the Kingdom of God. We're reminded that Jesus didn't come to earth merely to save us from hell or perform miracles, though those are wonderful gifts. His primary mission was to preach the Kingdom, which He mentioned over a hundred times in Scripture. The Kingdom represents God's governing influence over His territory - earth - operating through us. We discover that when sin entered the world in Genesis 3, humanity lost dominion and our direct connection with God. For 4,000 years, people relied on laws and prophets to know God's will. But when Jesus arrived, everything changed. He came to restore what was lost, giving us direct access to the Father and calling us to repent - not just to confess sins, but to change our minds about how we approach God and live our lives. The message confronts our tendency to treat Jesus like a therapist, constantly bringing Him our problems rather than seeking His will. True Kingdom living begins when we wake up each morning asking, 'Father, what do You want me to do today?' rather than directing God with our wish lists. This shift from self-focused prayer to Kingdom-focused living opens the door to the abundant life Jesus promised, where provision, purpose, and power flow naturally because we're aligned with Heaven's agenda.
